Eastern States Engineering is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Toll Brothers, Inc. Our staff consists of Professional Engineers, Planners, Surveyors and Landscape Architects. We service all Toll Brothers communities and commercial properties across nineteen states. We provide services consisting of:

We offer ongoing, in-house training on state-of-the-art computer hardware and software. We currently employ AutoCad 2000 and SoftDesk Release 8 as well as several customized software packages. All of our offices are networked with T-1 access. We offer a wide variety of geographic, technical and professional exposure to projects of all sizes and complexities.
