	Tom Vice President/Division Manager I am a great example of how Toll Brothers offers excellent career opportunities.  In under 5 years, I earned promotions from Project Manager up to Vice President and am now responsible for the day-to-day operations of all of Toll Brothers operations in Raleigh, North Carolina.  At Toll Brothers, I have been given all the responsibility that I could prove I could handle, and then some. I enjoy the diversity of my job, and as a Project Manager I was expected to master many of the same skills required of Division Presidents in most other homebuilding companies.  From sales to marketing to construction and land acquisition, I was exposed to all facets of the industry and could count on each day bringing unique challenges and diverse learning opportunities. Toll has provided me with an incredibly stable environment in which to learn and grow.  Through opportunities such as the tri-annual Project Reviews, all the members of the Toll Brothers team, from Bob Toll on down, work together toward making the most of each community and Corporate support personnel are intensely focused on doing everything in their power to help me.  During my first week with the company, I sheepishly peeked into the office of the Marketing Vice President, looking for some guidance.  To my amazement she dropped everything and devoted her full attention to helping me.  To this day this remains one of my favorite stories as, to me, it represents the essence of being with Toll.   Sue Account Executive Westminster Mortgage Having worked 15 years in the banking industry, I was looking for an employer with a reputation for quality and service.  It was important to me that I continue to work in an environment where honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of daily business. I consider the financing of customer's homes one of the most critical parts of the home buying process.  It is a pleasure to advise customers each day knowing that my mortgage company has their best interest at heart and that there will be no unpleasant surprises at the settlement table.  I pride myself on customer service such as being accessible to clients 7 days a week.  I was delighted to find that my fellow Toll Bros. employees share this enthusiasm and go out of their way to satisfy customers.  The atmosphere in the workplace is very upbeat.  I knew that I wanted to work here within the first 15 minutes of my interview. Christina Project Manager in Training Ironically, I discovered Toll Brothers because of an assignment I was given by my previous employer while working in New York City for a commercial real estate company. I was instructed to visit various Toll communities because my employer was impressed with Toll's product and the company's fantastic growth and stability. I was tasked to research Toll Brothers systems and product, and model our new division after them. During my investigation, I was introduced to the company's web site and became fascinated by the job description of Toll's Project Managers. The diverse responsibility and exposure of this position defined to me an exciting and challenging career opportunity that encompassed all facets of real estate development; so I applied and was hired. Today, I am a trainee here at Toll Brothers with an aspiration to one day oversee my own community. The "mentorship" program has been a wonderful experience and I am fortunate to say that I have been given the opportunity to work with some of the brightest people in this industry. Although I am just starting out, I am excited by the prospect of becoming a key player in one of the nations top real estate companies.
