Medical/Dental Benefits
Comprehensive coverage of medical expenses for you and your eligible
dependents under one of the company's plans. Depending upon the plan and
your position, the Company pays a majority of the coverage cost for you
and your eligible dependents. You make a small contribution based upon
the plan you choose and the number of your dependents. This contribution
is paid with pre-tax dollars. You are eligible for these benefits on the
first of the month following 60 days of service.

401(k) Savings Plan
The Company contributes to your account with both an
initial discretionary contribution and matching dollars. The Company
contributes 2% of your total compensation at the end of each calendar
year. In addition, the Company matches $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed
by you up to the first 4% of your compensation. You may contribute
between 1% and 15% of your total compensation on a pretax basis
depending on your compensation level. You are eligible to participate on
the first of the quarter following one year of service.

Paid Time Off
Two weeks paid vacation for your first 5 years of employment; 3 weeks
after 5 years. Plus, each year you receive 3 floating holidays.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
You may purchase discounted Toll Brother's stock through either a
cash purchase or a payroll deduction. On specified dates, you may
purchase stock at a 5% discount with no holding period, or at a 15%
discount with a 3 year holding period.

Life Insurance, AD & D
Life insurance coverage for you at the rate of one times your salary.
An additional one times your salary will be paid for accidental death.
You may elect to purchase additional coverage at low cost. You are
eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following 6 months
of service.

Medical Insurance Waiver
If you are covered by another plan and elect to waive all insurance
coverage, you will be paid a quarterly reimbursement.

Educational Reimbursement
The Company offers tuition reimbursement for authorized courses and
seminars related to the employee's work.

Long Term Disability
The Company offers long-term disability in the amount of 60% of your
basic monthly earnings at no cost to you.

Short Term Disability
You will be able to purchase short-term disability insurance at a
reduced group rate. The plan provides benefits for 12 weeks.

Sick Pay
Sick pay accrues at the rate of ½ day per month of service up to six
days per year. If you do not use your sick days, you can accumulate them
as long as you are employed by the Company.
